Welcome to OralDB 72 Datasets

OralDB is a comprehensive omics visualization platform for oral diseases, integrating 72 high-quality omics datasets from multiple public databases such as GEO. The platform covers 20 oral diseases, 1,990 samples, and four types of data. It enables comprehensive analysis of dataset information, gene expression, differential gene expression, pathway enrichment, cell-cell interactions, and gene correlations.
